The Best Hot Cocoa in the World!

Yummy!

At our home, we have 3 different flavors of marshmallows (for the discriminating palate!)....plain, strawberry & chocolate. Some little girls like to try all three at the same time! Try it and let me know if you like it!

Al's Favorite Hot Cocoa

1/2 cup sugar (or more to taste)

1/4 cup cocoa

1 pinch salt

1/3 cup hot water

4 cups milk

3/4 tsp. vanilla

In medium sauce pan combine sugar,cocoa, salt & water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.

Boil and stir 2 minutes. Add milk and stir to blend. I use a whisk.

Cook, stirring, until hot. Add vanilla.

Beat with a whisk until foamy.

Serve to your sweet family!
