We attempted one of those gingerbread house kits this week. Frustrating! The icing was too thick ...then too thin...Madeline had fun, though. I just let her go to town!
Turned out just fine to me! blasted icing....
I am in the throes of getting ready for company. My mom, dad, brother and cousin are all coming to stay for Christmas. Yeah! Everything is done, so I am happy. I made my Daddy a fruit cake today...his very favorite...I hope he likes it! He hasn't had one in a long time. I also made a bunch of sweets this morning. Now it is time to relax! Al took the girls to the park...such a sweetie...I am so glad he is back home. He traveled all week! But that is the last of that! :-) I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. I probably won't be around for a bit...so have a wonderful week!XOXOXO
