Thanksgiving 101

Wow...Thanksgiving is right around the corner! I love this holiday and everything about it! We will be at my Mom's this year and she makes the BEST gravy...ever!!!! It tastes exactly the same every year and I want to marry it!!! I have to admit, I am a little sad not be fixing dinner this year, as I think it is such fun. Maybe she will let me do the pies? We are having Christmas at our house so that will be fun, too. ANYWAY, I wanted to share with you a wonderful book from my collection that is indispensable, especially if you are new to turkey! Thanksgiving 101 has everything you need to make a perfect (for YOUR family) Thanksgiving dinner. I highly recommend it. It takes you step by step through the whole meal. I am going to try brining our Christmas bird this year, as I understand that it is incredible this way....unless Al wants to fry him this year.
