You know I LOVE my bread machine! I haven't quite found the perfect recipe and I think I have found out why! Most of the recipes call for water and oil....kinda bland! I tried one yesterday using buttermilk and butter! Guess what....much better! I love serving fresh bread with certain meals....soup, stew, chicken fried steak....and it makes the house smell wonderful!
On Fridays we have pizza night at our house. Sometimes it is homemade and other times it is delivery or even frozen! Tonight I am going to use the bread machine to make garlic pizza dough! We'll see how it goes!Isn't she a beaut!

I love to bake my own bread - but you already knew that.
I also use the powdered buttermilk - you can find it at WM in the baking aisle. It keeps in the fridge forever!
I canned 11 quarts of tomatoes last weekend and thought about you!
