We have soooo many tomatoes right now...I am having to find ways to use them up! Luckily, my family all love tomatoes! When the Big Boys ripen I will make my homemade spaghetti sauce and freeze it to enjoy on an snowy winter day! :-)
This salad is one of our favorites! Cherry and pear tomatoes, fresh basil from the garden, mozzarella balls (the kind that come packed in water) and a drizzling of olive oil. Freshly ground sea salt and pepper top it off and it is just wonderful!!

Looks wonderful! We are just starting to get ripe tomatoes. I may try this when we get a few more.
