Sorry for the bright picture, but the sun was right in the cameras' way. This is the view from our room. Can you see the ocean behind the bushes?
This was our other view. Two sweet little bunnies made their home in the bushes right next to our patio. Can you imagine our little girls' delight? "Benjamin Bunny" and "Peter Rabbit" had two very enthusiastic admirers! I didn't get a picture of it, but Madeline pointed out a woodpecker in this tree, and sure enough I saw it! I was really surprised...I thought she had just seen a blackbird. I don't know where she learned to spot a woodpecker...Nana and Poppi, perhaps?
