This past Friday we went to Sea World for the first time ever! I was thrilled that for the normal price of a days' admission we get passes for the whole year! It was a perfect day with a high of about 72 degrees. We needed long sleeves or sweaters in the morning but it warmed up beautifully. Sea World is much different than the Magic Kingdom. It is very shaded and beautifully landscaped. It is slow paced and rather calm.....even Baby Marcella thoroughly enjoyed her day, taking leisurely naps as she felt the need.

Poppi and Madeline as we arrived at the front gate......checking out the water for Shamu!

Cute stuff, huh? Is it polite to say your baby looks cute? Hope so.

In this pool we were able to touch and feed Sting Rays as they swam past. Madeline was opposed to it at first until I told (promised) her that the stingers were out of commission. They felt so slimy! Yuck!

The dolphins were beautiful. We would like to try swimming with them some time. They are so graceful and playful.

Madeline adored them and watched intently until it was time to see the penguins.

Two of my cuties.

I swear I never tell her to "pose". She just does this.

Learning about the "King" penguin.

Shamu!!!!
I was truly in awe of this beautiful creature. He was HUGE and just so magnificent.

Checking out the shark tanks..........

Madeline with her stuffed Shamu, looking through the glass bottom aquarium. It was beautiful but I kept thinking that I would be the first one to bust through it!

By 7:00 both of my babies were wiped out, but this picture says it all! We can't wait to go back!
