Wow! What a beautiful weekend to spend the day at my Cousin Teresa's farm in the country. Oh, how we love it there. It's peaceful and the whole place reminds me of my childhood experiences at my Granny and Papa's farm. (except we didn't have 4 wheelers! :-)

This day, my cousin David brought his beautiful mules and a covered wagon. The girls loved it!!!
My Al just loves the big four wheel. He is just like a kid on it. Man, though, he goes too fast for my taste....scared me plum to death!!! My cousins have acres and acres and it is fun to ride back to what I would assume would be called the "back 40". :-) There is a creek back there and everything!
I have three amazing cousins, Judy, Tanna and Teresa, who truly have a heart for children. Judy brought pumpkins for the kids to decorate and they all had a blast!
The men folk doing a little porch sitting!!!! except for Al...you can guess where he was!
Mule rides for all!!
Madeline, also, couldn't get enough of the 4 wheeler. She actually likes it when he goes fast!
I think it is very important for Madeline and Marcella to have experiences outside the bubble that we live in in Frisco. This is why we take them camping, to the cabin, lakes and mountains!
I just know in my heart that this is a special, special place where memories are being made and cherished for the next generation. We are so very blessed!!
