For our snow day, and an extra special treat, I made my family cinnamon rolls. I usually reserve these for holidays. They were so yummy! I shared half of them or I’m afraid we would have eaten the whole batch ourselves! Everything in moderation, right? :-) I hope you can click on the picture and enlarge it ~then print out. It was so long I thought I’d skip re-typing it.

I simply ADORE this dough~ It just rolls out perfectly and smoothly…not like that pastry dough!! This is my new french dough rolling pin. I saw Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) use one and love it~I thought it might help me with said blasted pastry dough. It works really well! Much easier to use than a regular pin…you use the palms of your hands to roll it. I got this one at my fave store Williams Sonoma~ only $12!
