So y'all have to do it and post it, okay? I think that's the way it works.... :-)

1 ) Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Hot chocolate. Homemade. The girls have Disney Princess cocoa...

2) Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? He puts them unwrapped, under the tree.

3) Colored lights on tree/house or white? Both! I love the big, fat old fashioned kind...Al likes white.

4) Do you hang mistletoe? no...don't seem to see it anywhere

5) When do you put your decorations up? A couple days after Thanksgiving, usually

6) What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? Pecan pie...my Aunt Dodie's recipe

7) Favorite holiday memory as a child? All the presents!!! Hate to say it, but it's true. My folks went all out for us kids. We only got toys on our birthday and Christmas back in the 70's, you know....so my parents must have really liked Toys R' Us....and of course, my birthday is on Dec.19, so I was really in hog heaven!

8) When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I honestly don't remember. I just knew at some point.

9) Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? We open family gifts (to each other) on Christmas Eve and then Santa comes in the morning.

10) How do you decorate your Christmas tree? White & color lights and every ornament that I have. Everyone Madeline has ever made and special yearly ones. Complete hodgepodge! love it!

11) Snow! Love it or dread it? I love it!!!! until March

12) Can you ice skate? yes...but it hurts my feet....

13) Do you remember your favorite gift? As a child, I had so many. There was always one particular doll I would want each year and each year I got her. They would usually do something like wet or push their own stroller. What I wouldn't give to have them back!!!

14) What is the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Being with family and teaching the girls about Jesus.

15) What is your favorite holiday dessert? Homemade divinity from my Granny's recipe....has taken me years to get it right.

16) What is your favorite holiday tradition? Buying our fresh tree!

17) What tops your Christmas tree? Silver star that I have to polish each year.

18) Which do you prefer giving or receiving? Giving. especially to the girls'. I love girly toys and watching their eyes light up!

19) What is your favorite Christmas song? It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

20) Candy Canes? Yuck or Yum? from Hammond's!! I'll do a post on them later!

21) What do you want for Christmas? Healthy children and a safe move back home.

22) Do you attend an annual Christmas party? Al's "Leadership" party in Dallas

23) Do you dress up on Christmas or wear PJ's? neither. just regular clothes, I'm afraid. We dress up on Christmas Eve.

24) Do you own a Santa hat? Al has one from his years as Santa for foster kids....

25) Who do you normally spend Christmas with? everyone! a bit different each year!
