Tropical Storm Fay

Hi there! Keep us in your prayers today, please. The storm is on on the way and will cross right over us. All the schools are closed and Al is home for at least the next 2 days. This is a new experience for us! Over the weekend Al collected supplies....non perishable food, candles, a ton of batteries for the flashlights, water bottles and jugs, etc. He has all the supplies from when he camped in the Alaskan wilderness, back in his Navy days. We should be okay. We have my Mountain Man to take scare of us! Okay, I am a little scared. It should be okay. If our power goes out, though, I won't last long! No AC! Yikes! We'll be hightailing it outta here! Unless the streets are closed....or flooded....or.....!!!!

UPDATE: 5:40 pm. The storm still hasn't reached us but we are no longer in the eye. Yeah! We'll probably just get get a ton of rain and wind for a couple of days. :-)
