I haven't posted in a bit, I know. I lost my Grandma on Saturday and I have been preoccupied. We knew it was her time to go. It wasn't unexpected...still sad, though. After much discussion and web searching, Al decided that the whole family should go to Idaho for the Memorial Service. It is quite the expenditure for us, but a worthwhile one, at that. It will be good to see family, most I haven't seen in years. We haven't been since Madeline was 9 months old and no one, but Cousin Lisa, has met the baby. We leave on Wednesday and will be back on Tuesday. We decided if we were going that far we should spend some time in the area. It is so lovely. We are also going to stay at a cabin for a bit, just outside of Jackson Hole, WY. in the beautiful mountains. My biggest concern is flying the 6 hours (over 2 flights) with the babe. She's a trooper, though. I hope it goes well. We have to pack warm clothes because the lows are in the 40's in the mountain region. Can you imagine?!?
Anyway, that is what's up with us. I thought you might like to know. I'll post when we get back and things settle down. :-)

Oh Kristina, I'm sorry for your loss. Even when things are expected they can still be very sad. You know that she is safe with the Lord now and my thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family she left behind.
