Well, this was my last cake for my Wilton Class I. I really am proud of my roses...finally! The trick is to get the icing consistency just right. It had to be super stiff (roses), medium (trim), or soft (initial covering). It is really hard to switch around during class and I suppose it will be much easier at home. My trim was too "soft" and kinda melted by the time I was done. All and all I really liked the class and learned just enough to do be able to do what I set out to do! Thanks for joining me! Would you like coffee with your cake?

It looks really pretty! Good job! Oh, and yes I do like coffee with my cake, thanks. :)
I'll have some decaf, please! Congrats on mastering the roses -- they look delicious!
Nice! I wouldn't have the patience for stuff like this! Found your blog while blog-hopping. Love it!! Hope you don't mind me leaving a comment-you can delete if you want.
