This past Saturday we went to our local winery for their annual Harvest Festival! Madeline had fun stomping on grapes the old fashioned way...but the rest of us just watched! Marcella looks less than thrilled...she wanted to participate, too!! Madeline won an award for "cutest grape stomper"!
They had a misting tent set up and Madeline and her friend spent a lot of time in there getting soaked while the adults sat under a tree and listened to the live band. It was really hot but a cool breeze helped a little....plus ice cream!
Doesn't she look big in this picture? She'll be one year old next month. I just can't believe it!
Stompin' video!! The lady stomping next to Madeline was a little loopy...too much wine, possibly? Don't ask me...I don't know what that looks like! :-) She stomped too hard and sprayed the grapes all over Madeline.....sheesh!
