After the festival we had a little picnic and tried out our fancy new picnic set. Aunt Yvonne gave it to us for a family Christmas present. Isn't it so cute? Thanks Yvonne!! We are putting it to good use!

Yikes!!! Notice that Madeline has fled from her spot at the picnic table and fine by me! These little guys can carry rabies. He was cute, though. :-) He has obviously been fed human snacks and he just wanted some chicken salad....poor thing! After seeing him we were able to mark off "Northern Raccoon" from our Critter Guide that was given to us by the Forest Service. It was a fun family day.
