Getting Crafty!

I am starting to get crafty, I think. Our Adirondack chairs in both pictures were given to us by a neighbor in Texas when they were moving. After 2 moves, ourselves, they were falling apart! Al re-built them, sanded them and painted them for me! Pink for the girls and green for ours. The little picnic table I found at a yard sale and he painted it to match. (It was blue, you know....yikes!) Madeline, of course, picked out this shade in bright pink. She also picked out the flower pots and flowers. Then, I mod podged the girls names on each chair! Pretty crafty, huh? I am branching out, people! :-)

Al made this little table from an old microwave stand that he had built for us when we were first married and lived in an apartment. He can make anything! His next project is a "princess closet". Some type of amoire for the girls' princess dresses, shoes, purses, tiaras, play jewelry, crowns....no need to go on! He can truly make anything. sigh. :-) Thanks Honey!!!!
